Why Our Doors are Stronger and More Durable

Many of our customers order doors made from solid wood, and we are happy to oblige.  When doors are unusually large or are made from wood which is more prone to warping and bowing, we recommend that the stiles and rails be engineered.  The engineering process, which involves constructing solid cores and then wrapping those cores with substantial veneers, creates a stronger, straighter, more durable door.

Scroll down to see how we build our doors for greater strength and longevity.
